Return Eligibility
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and gift cards, are not eligible for return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Once your return is approved, carefully package the item(s) and ship them back to us using a trackable shipping method.
- Include a copy of your original order receipt or packing slip with the returned item(s).
- After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
